Theme:

As children (also known as Trackers) explore God's timeless commands each day,they will discover Bible stories that illustrate how real people from the past obeyed the commands. Before the week is over, Trackers will discover not only the principles by which God wants us to live, but also that Jesus is the power by which we live. They'll learn that only with Jesus' help can they find the power to obey God's commandments.

Our Logo:

• The stone tablets in the contemporary backpack remind us that God's timeless commands are relevant in our day and time. The fact that the backpack is open and the tablets are visible shows that the truth of God's Word is not hidden.
• The circle of the logo represents our eternal hope in Christ.
• The cornerstone represents Christ Himself and contains the 2001 Scripture reference John 14:6 (which is also the LifeWay corporate Scripture). The verse is the cornerstone of VBS, also - Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
• The friendly gecko is a subtle reminder that God earnestly cares about each and every one of His creations - no matter how small.
• The silhouette of the nomad leading the camel is a reminder that God desires to take the lead in our lives, but we must be obedient to follow Him.
